Hey folks
Does anyone have a list of the low cadence power work outs? Climbing filter brings up a long list and not all are low cadence. Searching for power gives a few.
If anyone has a list of them or a way to filter let me know.
Cheers

G.O.A.T and Power Station are the only sessions that come to mind as low cadence grinds.
You can add Sir Ian Boswell’s Strength Endurance session from AWW and the No-Vids, Tempo Low Cadence 5x2, and most of the Big Gear ones.
Catalunya Costa Brava Coastline, is very similar to Power Station.
I thought there may be another ride with Sir Standsalot!
From memory a few of the On Location rides have low cadence sections.
I rode Italian Lakes: Lugano recently and the main effort alternated between low cadence and high cadence for the duration.
The Ian Boswell Strength Endurance that Sir @Glen.Coutts mentions is a cracker. 5 x 4min 55rpm intervals but the last interval, at 110rpm, is a killer.
Thanks folks

A Very Dark Place
The Way Out
To Get To The Other Side (mixed low & high cadence)
On Location - Provence: Gorges de la Nesque (part of the January challenge) has low (70 rpm) sections, along with some high cadence and one leg drills.
Not nearly as low as GOAT, power station etc but adds some variety.
Nazaré to?? also has long blocks of both high (100) and low cadence (60) and is a nice film to ride to on a day of blizzards.
