59 yrs old
Dont cycle outdoors (balance issues) and started indoor cycling back in March.
Just about to complete 12 weeks prep for e-race…not sure what to pic (defo under 2 hrs) or how to race.
All (well, most) advice/tips welcome.
@Ttreebo Use the experience to get the kinks out. For a short race prepare to have your heart rate high from the get go and just stay focused on breathing and keeping good form on the bike. You trained for this, you did the work and you will do fine. The uncomfortable have nothing to fear.
