Probably yes - when using level mode I have used Level 7. You may need a bit of trial and error. My method was to find a level which allowed my to achieve around 1/2 my FTP at 80 RPM on the easiest or second easiest gear. That allowed me to do a recovery spin on an easy gear and gave plenty of scope to ramp up the gears and watts for harder efforts.
If you’re not used to using level mode then it’s probably best to do some experimenting during your taper week. Use one of the Open workouts on Systm and just play around with the settings.
@Chev82 Looking at my past Full Frontal notes I used 5 for NM, 4 for MAP, 3 for FTP and 5 for AC. Gearing was fixed at 39/14 - I might have shifted into the big ring for the NM. I tend to favor level mode for testing versus shifting. Find a combination that allows you to maintain your preferred cadence.
