I was about to add “Who Dares” to my schedule and see that it has been remastered “due to a change licensing”. Has anyone done the new version? Is it any good? Also, I typically look at the files for a workout that I’ve done in the past to see how I responded to it the last time. Those are missing when I look at the new file.
Sadly, it has. And there are comments about it in a few different threads since January. It’s been almost completely de-SUFed.
And it was given a new background video code, so it’s not connected to the history of the previous version.
Now that really is irritating - that my history of the session has in effect been deleted! I can support the need to change videos due to licensing etc but my session history is mine! Like Mecons I usually check back to see results and comments. GGRRRR…
you can find it under “progress”, then go to “history” and search for it. bit complicated I know, but at least everything’s still there
Thanks. This is very helpful. I forgot about this feature.
It sounds like you have the couple of the issue of the remastered version of Who Dares. There are issues that will come with the new version, since it is a remaster, probably not the same type of issues as the audio or whether it is running the material the same way as the exercise performance the same way. I cannot tell you personally if you can or can’t use the program that remains on the other platform and/or service, but as I always say with regards to any new version, if you have no other option it might be worth looking for reviews from others that may have taken the plunge to try it. As for not locating the records from the workouts, it could have been affected when exchanging formats for the material, then probably affected how the data is collated or shared. In this instance I would be contacting support or even looking at settings or similar to see if the previously stored data is retrievable.
