I’ll be back to respond to all that I missed in a little while, including how I have calculated the triple output thingy.
In the meantime, as I am skipping the ride with Sir Ian, I have decided to replace it with 14 Vise Grips + Joyride.
This will be fun since, during The Silent Times, I did a double The Model + Downward Spiral

Dear Sir @Glen.Coutts, taking the opportunity that you are back, and in great spirits, with a touch of regal appeal, may we humbly request your gracious favor: an encore, another Stage 7B, or should it be 7C, to bring a joyous painfull close to this grand Tour of ours?
In the spirit of suffering and embracing the misery, dare we hope for another Stage 7b this year? May Your Sufferlandrian dark side addt an extra agony to the challenge?

I had actually considered that, but already had 14VG/Joyride in my plan to replace the Boz ride.
I am forgoing both badges for The Tour Whose Name Shall Not Be Uttered. It’s a bit of a quiet protest against The Name The Company Refuses to Drop

Indeed! For myself, this year, I decided not to ride ANY of the Non-Suf rides of this Tour, as per my quiet protest. I’ve also been playing with the 50 hour window so mixed things up a bit. Eg:
- I substituted the OL ride with Sir Standsalot in Italy with Half is Easy
- I did The Model + Downward Spiral back-to-back (that was fun)
- for Stage 1 I did both Blender and The Best Way is Blended.
- For Stage 7, since I’m not riding with Boz, I did 14 VG + Joyride (these 2 videos are such great reminders of what makes The Sufferfest vids so GREAT!!!)
- I’m adding No Place Like Home to High Time to finish off the Tour. Yeh yeh yeh, NPLH is barely suffering, but it’s such a great vid and another reminder of who we all are.
So, @Tiago_Branco, if you’re looking for an additional challenge, like we did last year, how does this sound. At some point after you’ve completed Stage 7, whether you forgo the badge like me and sub 14VG+Joyride for the Creemee ride or not, let’s do a climb. Sir Fran Hayes is planning to virtual Everest Alpe du Zwift so let’s do a rep of the Alpe. For me, considering my accumulated fatigue, I’m probably looking at endurance pace and about 90 minutes but it will be a slog for me no matter what. You in?

I didn’t get to activate the 3-month promotion on Zwift. Tried searching here on the forum for any information to understand if it had a fixed date or if I could start the period now, but couldn’t find in a quick search. If not, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to join. I didn’t even have the app installed

Hehe. I’m pretty sure there’s a free trial.for new subscribers and even non subscribers get like 25 free kms each month that don’t end if you’re on a ride that happens to go over that.

So, I’ve well exceeded my triple output, even with taking an extremely liberal determination of the requirements, for a 24 hour period already (thanks to getting very little sleep cuz I really am a dope).
Here was my lifetime forum output (for the sake of calculating the requirements, let’s call it a year and divide by 365) prior to The Silent Time,

Now I can just return to my “normal” excessive amount of posting, liking, commenting, referring, linking etc in the forums and, more importantly to the last stage in the Whatsthatyousay Tour of 2024.
