History beta

i noticed, today that i can see, additional data for my rides,

is there a chance to get a summery of my performance over a month or over the last six months.

so I can see what kind of training worked out for me?
or did not work, because of to much map or sprint, in general overtraining.

I think you can filter the time frame on History Beta. Then the top chart will give you summary totals.
