Just finished Cap Formentor. was fun. Wondering if I wanted to kick off a fitness upgrade this winter how many days would I rest before doing the big baseline test that SYSTM/RGT does?

There is a fitness test 7 day plan which is ideal for what you need… Go into “plans.”… “cycling”… “fitness test prep” then pick either 4DP or Half Monty depending on what test you are doing

Also, pacing the big one is a bit of an art so it’s worth reading this before you settle in

@way9e0 , @Glen.Coutts , @ozmadman are all spot on. The other option is the Half Monty + Full Frontal test plan. Either fitness test plan will work for you.

Yep. I heartily recommend doing the 7 day test plan with a HM on day three and FF on day 7. It’s a fun week of productive workouts and as a bonus give you a very solid 4DP result.
