iOS App Issues

For the love of Pete Wahoo. Help me to understand this. This morning, using the iOS app, I added my yoga routine to my calendar which showed up there as well as under “My Plan” on the home page. Shortly after adding it, I launched it from the home page, completed the yoga routine and saved it. When I saved it, it sat in my calendar and said “Syncing”. Closing the app and relaunching it gave me the same results. 13hrs later it’s finally showing as completed in my calendar but is still showing as “My Plan” for today, even though it was completed 13 hours ago. I closed the app and relaunched it and it’s still showing as “My Plan” even though it’s showing completed in my calendar. This has happened on more that one occasion. The app seems to have more than one issue ever since the remake of the app with the “My Plan” and “Suggested Workout” features, to name a few. The iOS app will also give me the white screen of death from time to time, shutting itself down and relaunching. Ghosts in the machine I reckon.

I dunno if this will help with the syncing issues, Sir Eric, which is typically a case of “it’s them and not us”, but if I get the white screen, I’ve found an uninstall/reinstall usually gets that fixed up.

I’ll give that a try Sir @Glen.Coutts . Thank you.

I have a solution about Yoga but you won’t want to hear it.

Hey Eric, hope you’re doing well.

I replied on the Wahoo Forum not because I have a tech suggestion but rather because I think the Sufferlandrians know of my disdain for all that is Yoga.

I was trying to be clever and sort of tell you that the answer to your problem is, “just don’t do yoga”.

I know you like yoga and find it valuable. Hope you figure out the sync issue.

Stay well and “see you” during the Tour!

@Medina81 I know you were being clever and I was pretty sure what your “solution” was, hence my “Lay it on me Sir” reply. :joy:

Does it require the hurting of oneself, y’know, to see if you still feel?

I think that depends on if you do the standard or the modified poses.
