Is there a program I can use to open .fit files?

I get .fit files from a few different programs. But I don’t have a program to open them on my PC. Any suggestions?

Strava, Garmin Connect, Training Peaks (I think).

There are several on-line programs if you want to look at the contents. Connect is used to upload data to a Garmin account and cannot be used for this function.
