Hi all,
I bought a kickr shift in Feb 24 and it currently has 2300 mile of use on it. Jumped on it this morning to do a workout, couldnt turn the pedals, crankset practically seized. Dont know where there is a problem with the belt or bottom bracket but its unrideable. I have logged a support ticket this morning.
Anyone know if this is a common problem? Is the manufacturers warranty 12 or 24 months on the shift please?
