Well, I guess I won the Knighthood game, I ended up in the hospital afterwards.
I was fairly ok after I got off the bike, took an hour to get back to life and took a shower. Shortly after, my body simply collapsed. I was getting uncontrollable shaking all over, from head to toe, vomiting like the floodgates opened and I was starting to zone out. I thought it would pass but it was just getting worse, so my wife took me to the hospital where I spent the night with a tube up my arm. I managed to take my body to the absolute limit, which I guess is the whole point of KoS challenge.
Overall, an unforgettable experience that I don’t plan on repeating anytime soon!
I really want to thank everyone who posted here yesterday, that was a big confidence boost. Now I’m off to fill the form and hopefully get the KoS kit as well when the Cuore store reopens.

Had you overhydrated by chance, without replacing sodium? What did the doc’s tell you?

I did drink about 750mg of sodium per hour, but I guess that was a bit too low for me (I sweat a lot). I’d tend to agree with you that I did drink too much water, especially towards the end.
Blood test showed way too much lactate in my blood and a lack of sodium, although sodium wasn’t that much below the line. The overall diagnose was over fatigue. The second results in the morning were ok, my heart was ok and I felt good, so they let me go home.
