Multi-ride days in plan: back to back?

Hi, I’m doing the 12-week all-purpose Road plan, and in week 3. I noticed that I have days coming up in the future where I have multiple rides planned (for example, ‘To Get to the Other Side’ (1:45) plus ‘Open 45’).

Are these meant to be ridden back to back, or am I better riding them at two different times during the day as separate workouts?

Often coach’s notes will state which one first. If they’re both challenging workouts both at 100% they might say separate by a few hours.
