Back to back sessions on training plan

On the training plan I’ve picked there are a few days with multiple sessions on the same day. Some, such as Extra Shot, I assume are expected to be done back to back, but what about things like Downward Spiral and Fight Club, can I do one in the morning, one in the evening?

Best to do back to back for max benefit. If running short on time then split up - the coaches probably can explain the outcome differences if you do back to back vs two time separated workouts.
