New activity showing in the History tab, but not in the History Beta one

I’m using the SYSTM app on Mac, and I have recorded 34 activities so far.

Today, after a ~3 weeks break, I recorded a new activity, and noticed a few surprising things:

  • The activity did not get synced with my Strava account (despite Strava and Wahoo Connect being setup properly)
  • The activity shows up in the History tab, but it doesn’t show up in the History Beta tab (all other activities show up in both tabs)
  • I was able to send the activity to my email address by enabling the email option and clicking on Share again
  • Trying to share again to Strava has no effect
  • The activity shows up in the Calendar view

I’m mostly curious to know what could lead an activity to end up in that “weird” state, where it only show in 1 of the 2 History tab.

Please file a service request as it appears your activity didn’t sync properly in the Wahoo Cloud.

I am also having this issue with 2 activities recorded today a couple of hours apart. I think it is a more wide-spread issue.

It looks like there was a syncing outage that has now been resolved, and support has been able to sync my activity.

We experienced a short-lived backup in our queue of workouts being shared from the SYSTM app to the Wahoo Cloud last night (US - UK morning).(Couchlandrians breaching the border again!) Your Minions have been hard at work in the SUF Mines - the backup was cleared very quickly, the Couchlandrians were escorted back through the border, and everything should be working properly again.

If you have a workout that has not properly shared to authorized apps or doesn’t appear in your history beta tab, please submit a ticket to support and we’ll be happy to get it sorted for you!
