SYSTM Not Syncing to Wahoo App

Hi everyone,

I’m having problems with my SYSTM app pushing workouts to other services, including the standard Wahoo app. Any workouts I do won’t sync across the board.

I’m using a Kickr Core and have never had this issue until today. I’ve tried logging out / in, closing the apps, deleting and re-installing, etc., but with no luck. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

If nothing has changed on your end it’s probably a wahoo cloud issue that will get resolved soon. It wouldn’t hurt to contact support to let them know so they can log the issue. They almost never come in to the forums.

I have the same problem! Tried the same things but still, the ride doesn’t sync. Never had this problem until today

Same advice. These things usually get spotted pretty quickly and resolved but it’s always a good idea to let them know directly.

I have exactly the same problem for the past few days. I own the new Wahoo Ace and am therefore forced to use the Wahoo app. Recently, activities won’t sync to Strava, TrainingPeaks, or Komoot. Neither automatic nor manual sharing is working. I hope this gets fixed soon…
