New KICKR Bike leans noticeably to the left

I recently set up a new KICKR Bike and it sits noticeably tilted to the left. This isn’t a subtle “feels a bit off” thing — you can see it, and a level confirms it.

What I’ve already done

- Assembled per the manual, all three legs bolted on, 5mm hex, bolts fully seated

- Checked the frame with a level across the rear base and again at the saddle/bars

- Adjusted the rear leveling feet to compensate. The low-side foot is now threaded out to the end of its travel and it still isn’t level

- Confirmed all feet are actually in contact with the floor, no rocking

So the adjustment range simply isn’t enough to bring it back to vertical.

My questions for anyone who has hit this:

1. If it was the bike — what was the actual cause? Bent leg, frame weld tolerance, a leg not seating flush against the frame, something in the seat mast?

2. How did you resolve it permanently? I’m specifically not looking for shims, plywood under one foot, or anything that just props it up. I want to know whether Wahoo replaced a leg, swapped the frame, or whether there’s an adjustment point I’ve missed.

Thanks.

Um.. sounds like #1 - something is bent. Maybe during packing or shipping? Given what that thing costs and what you’ll be doing with it, I’d lobby for a replacement unit.

(I have/use a bike-shft - 2 years old - and mine was/is perfectly level out of the box.)

Yeah that sounds like a issue for Customer Service unfortunately
