Hey Wahoo team, the 2nd workout in this series has an incorrect title: SYSTM
Itโs listed as 2 sets 10x30/15 but itโs really 11 reps. Once you open the workout in the app and post-ride on calendar the event title correctly shows 11, but I guess the workout page has a different entry where itโs wrong.

After twice completing the first NM progression, this is still not clear to me.
Should I try to exceed the target power at the cadence target? Or should I try to exceed the peak power while getting the cadence as high as possible?
The first alternative requires getting the correct resistance level and gear ratio. The second alternative is easier as it just requires finding a level/gear ratio that makes it possible.
