New Sufferfest Session: "TAPERS" OUT NOW!

Just finished the new tapers. Made the mistake to do it without the video cos I was watching European Track Championships. :tired_face:
Should have read all those comments here earlier. Have to do it again soon!
BTW, I did many tapers but don’t remember it being so tough! Did something change or is it just me?

Today “Tapers” was scheduled in my 4DP plan. Nice workout and video. Best part of it were the tips.

The 2:1 breathing technique really seemed to make a big difference. Lower heart rate and RPE.
I do have to practice it a lot more, since it’s hard to pedal and to breath at the same time :smile:

I finally got round to this today. Half Monty up tomorrow and I switched my usual Primers for Tapers. I was concerned it might have left me a bit more cooked than it did. Really great sessions and I definitely came out energised and ready to go.
