I didn’t actually like VH at the time. Radio mostly played “Jump” which I found annoying. I went mostly because my friend asked me to come with him which I did as a favor so he would go with me to see Dream Theater which was my favorite band.

I created an annual century ride (with 100km and 100 mile options) for my local club and it’s called Ahead by a Century

Speaking of which. I’m seeing Images & Words because my brain may be When Dream and Day Unite and don’t know if I’m Awake now that I’ve done the Omnium at 100% this morning. 
I’m glad I wore my compression socks. I think they definitely helped
And then of course I’ll be doing 4 omniumses tomorrow during the Knight Ride up Mt Sufferlandria…

Was towed up Alp du Z**** by Sir Ruben @Medina81 and Sir @Glen.Coutts in today’s Knight Ride while I rode my 4 Omniumseses. Those boys must eat nails and laser goat eggs for breakfast.
Glad I prepped an extra bottle this morning because I needed every drop.
31 out of 44 now done and dusted. And boy do I smell like it too. Time for a shower. If I can get myself… off… the floor.

Did Omniums 32 & 33 this morning. Had to dial them down after the 4 I did on Saturday and because I had a camp out in the backyard with my son on Saturday night and got NO sleep. How did we used to sleep so well on camping pads when we were younger?
Hopefully I’m feeling better for tomorrow. I make sure I do at least one full out every week. So that would be either tomorrow or Thursday.
But after tomorrow I’ll have only a week left. So, I’m on almost on the homestretch!

Forgot to post this morning.
Did #34 at 100%.
I always feel tired with sluggish legs on Monday mornings after a long ride on Saturday and a full rest day on Sunday. After riding longer but lower power with a few sharp efforts on Monday my legs felt much better today.
Not 100% better, tho. Nearly hit the erg death spiral on the final sprint, but barely managed to keep the pedals turning just enough to make it to the end of the effort.
Tomorrow is another double Omnium day. We’ll see how the legs are feeling.
