Tried the ‘Power Station’ workout this evening. Feel it’s introduction started as one thing and turned into an old Sufferfest ‘Hit by the Wall’ video. Thoughts?
Hard for me to criticize Power Station. It’s one of my top three or four Sufferfest videos. Maybe my expectation is tarnished by that. I will pay more attention next time.
Don’t get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoyed it, I just felt it didn’t link together…
