On the main SYSTM homepage/dashboard there is a “recommended Sufferfest” workout. How are those workouts recommended? Are they based on past training history, current training load, 4dp weakness, etc.? Thanks!
I think what you may be asking is if these are individualized recommendations. They’re not. They are just GREAT workouts that are being highlighted for users. Have you done it before?
For Power Station in particular, take a look at the description itself and you can then decide whether it makes sense for your particular needs. It’s definitely a favourite amongst Sufferlandrian nationals

correct, the recommended workouts on the homepage are recommendations of great workouts if you are not following a training plan and are not sure what to do.
The workout of the Week ties back to the monthly challenge so by completing all 4 you earn the monthly challenge badge and then the other recommendations are shuffled each week from a shortlisted selection.
