When I did the KOS-prep plan a few years ago it was in the old Sufferfest app. And it automatically set the individual intensity for each ride for you at something less than 100%.

Are there notes attached to each workout telling you how hard to ride them?

Okay, I just added the 4 week KOS plan to my calendar and this is what I see for those videos in my calendar:

These icons mean there are coach notes for each workout. If you tap on HHNF I see this:

But, I don’t see any notes or adjusted intensity for Violator or GOAT.

So that as a good question. Looks like those are missing their notes or adjustments.

@Rupert Is there supposed to be notes and intensity adjustments for these? All the others seem to have them. But I don’t see notes on these two (Violator and GOAT), and Violator isn’t Violator anymore, so the training plan needs to be updated.

Thanks, Sir Emacdoug, I saw these icons, clicked on the first one, which is “The 64” fka Violator but there were no changes. So I thought, that there was nothing special about it. Butt HHNF has the reduced intensities. I’LL check each of them.

We will take a look at this and get it updated @emacdoug I will report back here after visiting flogging station #4.
