I have been adding a RGT descent after most hard rides just to spin the legs out. Anywhere from 5 miles to 15 miles just fast spin. The legs feel much better afterward. Something you may want to try in the next few days to see how it works for you.
It’s only a week so will probably not bother to plan anything apart from sitting on the couch. It doesn’t look mega hard anyway + I am retired so have plenty of time to chill.
