I rode up Ventoux yet again on the same day some other guys did just that.

Oy!, no wonder my HR hit 174bpms on the “big” climb of this mornings ride! 14%, 15%, 16% one max gradient of 17.4% grades with an average grade of 10.7%. It’s just a little over 1/2 mile in length but geez it’s steep! Guys, this mornings route handed this Knight his a** this morning!
