This main effort seems a little off? 30+ Miles? Can someone enlighten me to what it’s really supposed to be?
What? How else are you going to prepare for your ultra-marathon?
I haven’t gotten to this run yet. Pretty sure I am not running 30 miles, EVER, at one time.
It’s a full IM not an ultra. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be minutes instead of miles which seems more reasonable or just one set. But no, I won’t be doing 6 sets of this. Lol
Actually a full IM is just a marathon, 26.2 miles. I was looking for something longer.
That’s probably the answer. You might want to post the name of the workout and issue in the Nit-picks and Typos topic (in SYSTM Software category). I think that’s more read by SYSTM folks who can fix it.

I think I’m supposed to do interval 1, repeat interval 2 6x, and then do interval 3. That makes the most sense. And that’s what I’ll do. Lol
