Question, maybe it’s a stupid question.
I am following a training plan 2 week - 1 week
Currently in the recovery week, Saturday going back on saddle followed by Sunday and monday off, can i do Tuesday training on Monday or this may change the recovery between the training?
I think it will be fine to do the Tuesday workout on Monday. Getting Away With It is not a really hard workout, so you should still be reasonably fresh for AVDP on Monday.

How about switching Saturday and Sunday rides then doing AVDP Monday?
