@Eric Just did that one yesterday. It is a good one. Lots of low cadence intervals at below threshold.

@Eric Definitely. Although the rest to work ratios are a bit different - more like G.O.A.T in that respect but the intervals themselves definitely look and feel more like Power Station.
Mike does a good job with coaching in this one. I had just done FTP Progression 3 the day prior so was wondering how my legs would feel especially with the low cadence work but it went well. Resting today!
