Apologies if this is a little off topic of Wahoo products directly, but it does involve my Elemnt Roam head unit, so here goes:
Having had zero issues with the PM for 3 years (1.5 with the Roam), yesterday it suddenly stopped reading. I changed the battery, removed the PM from the head unit, tried to reconnect (it couldn’t find it), was able to connect to it via SRAM AXS app (though it at times dropped out there too - the firmware is up to date), was able to connect it to the Roam via the Wahoo app, but when I went on a test ride it showed 0w, then N/A or ‘–’ when I started riding. I disconnected it again and it still wouldn’t reconnect from the app.
24 hours later I tried again: Still intermittent connection from the SRAM AXS app, but this time the Wahoo app also couldn’t find it, as well as the head unit itself.
Very confusing why it would suddenly stop reaching the head unit and have connection issues from apps.
Anyone else experienced this or know of any known issues or solutions?
