I’ve taken the advice on board, here’s the menu:
I love the idea of throwing a spanner in the works at number 8. It’s like when you’re 150km into a ride and there’s a massive climb between you and the finish.

I like the line up except for Omnium. I am planning an attempt in 2022. I have just a few rides that are definitely in.
But the first decision I made was NO Omnium. I hate that ride. The next time I do that ride will be never. OK, if it is part of the Tour, I will do it. But choosing it on my own to do, NEVER.
Just in case I am not clear, I don’t like that ride.
Omnium sucks. And I love it. Pain shakes for everyone!

Hmmm, sounds very much like you should start your quest with The Omnium.
Fwiw, I feel the same way about HHNF so I had to include it in my quest

@Critmark I had Omnium at #7 during my KOS. It killed me. Barely made it through the balance of the workouts.
