I should prepare some stuff too, but first recharger, still have to process yesterdays tour 
I prepared by doing a 3.5 hour 30/20/10/5 Increasing intervals no-vid. That’s definitely some suffering right there. I’m not sure how I finished the 10 and 5 minute intervals. But I have to say, I had to get off my bike twice during the extra Z2 volume to get something for my son and my wife and those couple minutes are what helped me finish that extra volume. I could barely pedal at 65rpms. Once I got off and got back on my legs were happily spinning at 80 rpms again. Those breaks in between your KOS quest videos will be glorious.
@Pierre I adjusted my ride-along slots. I decided there was no way I really could get up that early, so I’m starting with ISLAGIATT instead of Thin Air. Which is sad because I love Thin Air. But, I’ll still be there. Just a bit later.
Tune in whenever you like. It‘s important that you enjoy your weekend. Starting with ISLAGIATT seems like… well, a good idea.

First time on Streamyard and it seemed that Chrome or my PC couldn’t allow all my device to function properly at the same time.
So ISLAGIATT was at 100% and in complete silence so my sensors would work for Sufferfest…I felt like the lords and ladies Sufferfest version of squire Blinkin…
So for Revolver I chose to ditch my sensors and ride by RPE so at least, I could hear you all the whole time!
