Strength and Yoga Plans

Could we have a option to opt out of the Mental Training part being added automatically to the plan?

Maybe you could elaborate a bit more in which specific plan you are missing this option, please?

I think you are referring to the “All-In”-Plans. They are designed like this and, to my knowledge, there is no option to deselect the mental training component. Of course you could always choose to just ignore this sessions.

However, there is an alternative:
Under “Find a training plan” -> Cross Training, you have three options:

- Mental Training Programme
- Strength Training
- Yoga

Each option provides 10/12/4 or 5 week blocks with just the one training option / sport you desire.
