When I’m constructing a workout week, especially a week that is specifically polarized, I prioritize workouts with time spent at or above 86% of VO2 max.
It would be great to have a chart (or information on each SYSTM video, if you’re reading this, Wahoo…) that states the time in minutes / seconds of each zone.
Does anyone know if such a reference already exists?
For example, in “Half is Easy,” what is the total amount of time spent in the AC zone?
