Roger this. Honestly I don’t even use IF as a metric anymore. If I’m planning or looking to substitute out workouts, I will use TSS. TSS tells me whether or not a workout is going to suck. IF just tells me how much.

Just finished it… my God! How I kept going to the end I will never know. Did the whole thing in level mode to avoid trainer lag and to ensure that I was at or above the targets from the word go. Think this is the toughest HiiT workout I have done.
I often say that the toughest workout I have done is the one I am doing at the time
