SYSTM update unstable on Windows

The recent SYSTM update v7.105.0 has proven itself unstable on my Windows laptop (Win10 Pro, 22H2, Build 19045).

The problem manifests itself as always jumping back to the Home Screen whenever I try to view my calendar or start/download a workout from the library. I can’t do anything with the software.

Any advice gratefully received.

Have you done the tried and true? That is, complete uninstall and reinstall?

I’m on desktop myself, albeit a Mac (Intel) but also version 7.105.0 and no issues here.

Yes, tried that. Interestingly, my iPhone and iPad apps suffered (seemingly) the same issue, but a uninstall-fresh install cycle fixed those.

I had a problem on iOS with the video showing a white or black screen just the other day. It was also just extra sluggish. I’m gonna write it off as “wahoo cloud” problems as that particular issue seems resolved.

That said, fwiw, Systm seems a little sluggish in loading pages for me today though they do load eventually

I am using a Windows computer and so far v7.105.0 appears to be working fine. My computer is on Windows 11, though. Perhaps you’ve discovered a compatibility problem with Windows 10. Might be worth a support request.
