SYSTM Video Playback Error with Kickr Bike Shift

Hello Folks,

I’ve been using SYSTM with Macs and Windows Laptops for a long time. Now I’ve gotten a Kickr Bike Shift, which seems like an amazing piece of kit, especially with the new training options it offers.
With my Kickr v5/v6, Tacx Neo 2 and others I’ve never had issues with SYSTM but now, after a couple of seconds the workout stops and displays a Video Playback Error, with the options to deactivate Video.
I’ve never had that. Even downloaded the workout locally, to eliminate streaming feom the equation. The connection of the Kickr Bike is rock solid on Zwift. Also I had to install an Update to SYSTM just today.
Is there anything I can do? Fully delete SYSTM and reinstall? Are there any known issues with specific newer Hardware? I am on AM5, Ryzen 7600x, RTX 3070 (not so new…).

Thanks for any advice.

Delete and reinstall is probably a good option but reach out to support to verify.

Okay, after turning my PC on it’s head, I’ve found a solution. First I tried deactivating XMP/EXPO and resetting the Undervolt on my GPU, with no effect. Then I tried plugging the Monitor into the Mainboard, and the PC crashed when I stated a Workout on SYSTM, this brought my to the solution: deactivating GPU Acceleration in SYSTM. No everything works with my original setup and config.

Maybe this will help others.
So happy, that I can fully utilize my Kickr Bike!
