wow! I can’t imagine ever doing LS at 100%. I know I never have. Never mind AFTER doing The Wretched!!! Done LS a bunch of times at 50% as a recovery ride in the before times when there were no INSP films.
Did Downward Spiral at 100%. The first few ‘longer’ sprints were tough but then I settled in.
Next up, yet another double: There is No Try + Revolver.
I’ve done it many times at 100%. Just not as part of a double ride and not on legs this tired.
I’ve never done it at 100% before either. Feels like a dead cat bounce… just waiting now for the inevitable crash.

Stage 8 - There is No Try + Revolver: done and done. I have managed to complete the last two stages at 100%. Please don’t ask me how. The rides are just blurring together now, I turned the volume off, put my head down and just pedaled. I’m sure I missed some of the cadence targets but I kept the power up.
Local Hero and the 2013 ToS is a wrap. Sounds simple enough, but then I am delusional.

It’s all over. I’d never actually done Local Hero before - really enjoyed the retro sprints at the end. Now it’s time for a quiet week of recovery, before doing the week with UCI.
Kudos to Sir @Critmark for suggesting this mad caper - it’s been a blast. Just what I needed. Let me know when you’re doing 2014: I may just join you again.

I managed almost all at 100%. The only 2 that I had to dial back were the second ride sustained efforts of Extra Shot and Team Scream. I’ll take it.

My legs got really fatigued towards the end. More so than this years ToS, or at least as I remember.

The weather here has been cold so I am doing the workouts in temps as low as 39 degrees F. It takes me a much longer time to get the legs warmed up. So I struggle with the idea of warming up before the scheduled workout and not wanting that extra time on the bike on tired legs.

Silly question though, for the 2019 season why is there a yoga session there? non of the other seasons have strength/yoga/etc…
Yoga challenges stopped around then. Up until 2019 there were occasional yoga challenges as well as occasional cycling ones.
