Training Plan Manual Entries or Changes

Hi I am wondering if it is possible to make changes to the Olympic Distance Training plan? As an example. I look at the swimming. It states 1 hr swim days and lists the type of swim workout. I typically do 1.5 hour swim days and the workouts are different is it possible to customize the workouts to reflect that? Same thing with running. Also can I swap out different videos or add biking or running videos. Thanks
