Triathlon plan, brick or not?

I’ve set up a triathlon training plan, and have a question for tuesdays/thursdays where I have bike and run session scheduled.
When there’s not “brick” mention in the name of the running session, I guess it’s not supposed to be ran as a brick after the bike sesh, nope ?

Or is there any benefit in doing it as a brick also ? Or maybe, it’s not a brick, but I can do it if I feel like (whereas the thursdays with explicit brick mention IS to be ran as a brick ?)

In my example, I think I’m supposed to run the 3x10 T-Pace session as a brick after the “from the ground up” session ?
