Wahoo Elemnt Bolt V3 Syncing issues

I got the same issues. My Bold 3 isn’t syncing with the wahoo app and Strava.

I can’t input routes from Strava to wahoo. I already tried to disconnect the accounts and reconnect them (what took me almost one hour)

Still not working.
