Wahoo X Challenge Go beyond FTP

I see these four week training plans. Wow they are great.
I started on attack, I.e. MAP
It’s tough, particularly if you numbers have dropped away a bit.
The challenge is to do all four plans.
No recommendations as to what order to do them in.
Who else is doing these, and what order are you doing.

I think the implied order is FTP, MAP, AC and NM (at least I infer that from their October comms focusing on FTP) - but I don’t think it matters much.

I’ve started with FTP to get my level up to start with. I agree the progressions are tough!

I previously had put a four week MAP block in my calendar to prepare for a cycling holiday in mid-October, so when these were introduced, i swapped the MAP plan in. Just started a couple of days ago, but it looks like it’ll be good!

I did an FF last Saturday and, as always, AC showed up as my relative weakness. So I’ve started with that one. Got the MAP one lined up next to hopefully generate a bit more headroom for raising my FTP to 4W/kg before the end of the year.

Thanks! There will certainly be suffering - my first encounters with both Violator and Nine Hammers are on the horizon… :grimacing:

I’ve loaded the four plans into the calendar as a sort of ‘to do’ list. I will chop and change workouts as I go along with the aim to have m all done in time. No particular plan or purpose
