I took the Couchlandness diagnosis very seriously, @Rupert Sir Rupert, and have been Suffering scrupulously ever since. Three down, Sprint to go, with just 5 workouts remaining.
A Sufferlandrian always finishes the job! (I don’t remember in what vídeo i have learned this)
Done and dusted! Did one after the other over the past 15 weeks. Found them to be great little programs. Just what I needed to get back in the groove. Now onto the Festive 500!!
Juat completed the 4DP challenge today, after starting a bit late, but also with the push you gave me and the spot-on Couchlandness diagnosis, I managed to finish successfully, just like anSufferlandrian muat do.
Sometimes, simple words and little touch can have a huge impact without us realizing how much.
I’d celebrate this with Real Pagne, but, I haven’t earned the right just yet… those mythical cellars of the Greatest Mythical Nation of the World are still out of reach!
and who knows, Sir Ruppert, perhaps you could launch a new challenge for @DameCristy , who bravely revealed her struggle to find her driving force? That would be something epic!
OK Sufferlandrians, I too am finished with the Go Beyond FTP series of challenges. Capped things off with Violator and it’s seemingly endless series of surges. The last set at 5 seconds On and 5 seconds Off is particularly diabolical. So, Sir Rupert… please put my name in the drawing and start thinking of something else you think I can’t do.
I could soooo do this plan!
In the last two days I have eaten both of these specially prepared, high energy foods designed for maximum Couchlandrian performance.
All four complete! I liked the variety, including some Sufferfest videos I hadn’t ridden for awhile. I also appreciated the flexibility to complete them over several months, as that made this possible with my travel schedule.
@Rupert This was a great challenge and I feel I really improved all of my numbers along with TTE. I was dreading finishing with the Attack badge but yesterday did AC: 6 x 45s plus The Trick and hit every interval hard.
