For June we bring you another Wahoo X monthly challenge in SYSTM with a 4DP focus!
In order to be a strong cyclist, and keep up on your weekly group ride, you need more than just sustained threshold power; you need to be able to punch up a steep climb or hold your friend’s wheel as you sprint down a straight.
This month we are focusing on 4DP® and giving you a challenge with a workout focusing on each quarter of the 4DP® pie - endurance, sprints, power and tempo efforts all ahead.
Don’t worry, RGT will be back - we have taken on board the feedback from last month though and will work to improve the load time for the challenge page as it was very frustrating to have the page take so long to load.
