Wahoo X June Challenge - Foundation First

A little bit early with this one but here is the info for the June challenge:

Lay the groundwork.

This month, slow it down to level up. With these four workouts, you’ll train your body to ride smarter, not harder — developing low-cadence strength, pedaling efficiency, and aerobic endurance that lasts all summer long. No intervals to fear. No max efforts to dread. Just four powerful sessions to build the base every rider needs.

Complete all 4 cycling workouts by June 30 to earn your badge.

  2. The Way Out
  3. Cadence Builds & Holds
  4. G.O.A.T.

TRAINING PLAN:
We have created a training plan for you this month with all the workouts on consecutive days for you to re-arranged throughout the month to suit your training schedule and earn your badge.

PS: To reinforce your core stability, mobility, and injury resistance even more. We recommend adding some cross training to your routine (these are not required to earn your badge):

  2. Strength: Posterior Chain Focus
  3. Yoga: Core Stability

Great! “The Way Out”! For some reason, that’s my favorite workout :heart: My favorite moment is always when “One Million Pieces” is played at Cormet de Roselend :musical_notes: :musical_notes:

@Jan My favorite workout was Power Station. Not so much now😒
