I see that also new, but not part of this challenge, is season four of “From the Ground Up.” I’m looking forward to that at some point!

Thanks for the new videos. I have purposely avoided watching them on YouTube, hoping they would be incorporated into SYSTM.
Wahoo Systm has done a great job highlighting the strengths of the women’s peloton. please keep them coming.

All done. I like seeing new content, I did both new rides the same day. Liked one more than the other but honestly don’t remember which one. :exclamation_question_mark:

Completed the ground up videos. A great story again this year. I love that they had to climb “wahooligan mountain” to complete the gravel event. Please keep the inspirational videos coming.

I havent done this. Are you serious about the mountain thingy?

Yes. sorry to trigger. I’m guessing that Wahoo was a primary sponsor of the SBT Gravel event so they must have named one of the steep climbs wahooligan mountain.
Please correct me if I misheard it during the video.
It does not bother me like it does others. It’s a terrific story that’s worth watching.

Tbt, I don’t have a personal issue with their stupid name. I just think it’s completely meaningless and lacks any type of context to make it make any sense.

What continues to floor me, is that despite how clear soooo many have been, since early 2023, about how distasteful the name is to them because of its association with the far right, especially in Europe, they not only continue to force it on the community, it just rings as wholly disingenuous when their stated desire is to broaden their appeal.

Just look at the stats for how few participated in and registered for their tour, the lowest fundraising amount in years and their ghostly absence from their own forum.

I finally ride the march badge version of fight club. It took me three rounds to realize they redid all videos with women’s races.
I haven’t seen the mists of misery so thick since my knighthood ride. I was glad to not be doing the original today. :thinking:I had been a bit delusional as of late thinking my current numbers are too low. Maybe not.

Anyway, good challenge, enjoyed the difficulty on this video.
Albeit weirded out by being so out of sync with effortless looking Van vleuten after the ending sprint. Even at the end of tdf I Remember thinking she looked ridiculously great. Jealous of her DNA lol.

When did they remaster the Women’s Fight Club? Recently? The last time I did it seemed to be as it was when it was first released….?….

Maybe I’m mistaken.

According the app, I haven’t done fight club since 2019, so I could be the one mistaken.
But, the old one is labelled knights only and I’m sure it wasn’t only women that video. I could sure be wrong though, six years is a really long time and my memory is far from perfect!

@Isa I sure wish they had left Who Dares alone. The remastered version just doesn’t do it.

I can’t remember when exactly they remastered FC, a few years ago for sure, but I really love it. The music is excellent, and the footage is inspiring.

Yes I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Last minute, but… DONE!

Thoroughly enjoyed/hated this month’s challenge.

My carefully considered review:

  1. EF Explore 2024
  • first half with Coryn Labecki = touching and interesting
  • second half with Kristen Faulkner = dull, dull, dull, suffers immensely from lack of cycling footage
  1. Embrace Every Moment - excellent, great insights into the pro teams

  2. Tasmania: Kunanyi / Mt. Wellington - already a favourite of mine, great, well-paced workout

  3. Fight Club - Fuuuuuuuu… I’d forgotten how hard this one is. An excellent Sufferfest workout:

Probably the most hated caption in the Sufferfest library:

Squeaky bum time…

Chloe Dygert’s form is magnificent to behold…

That was so hard, but survived…

Thanks for the March challenge, roll on April…

Same. Just finished a few minutes ago with EF Explore 2024.

Also same. Squeezed Fight Club and Kunanyi in back-to-back:

It turns out I did need that stinking badge!

And to answer the question posed to me by one of the songs from Fight Club - I’ve got what it takes to go.

Wow! How!? I can’t complete Kunanyi at 100% by itself on fresh legs! Kudos!!

I ran them both at 92%, and Kunanyi was in Level mode. I assure you there was much Holy Water but it was manageable.
