One-Hour Yoga Routine: I can split this into 4 15-minute segments to keep yoga in my life.
Full Body 20: Gotta stay toned for all those beach volleyball matches with Wilson.
French Pyrenees: Cirque du Litor: For when I need some jaw-dropping beauty in my life.
Steamroller: I’m going to have to keep running if I want to catch small animals.
Kitchen Sink: I can split this into three 1-hour workouts for variety.
