My main goal for the year is the UK hill climb championship and races to qualify for it. These events are normally only 3-5min. So what plan would people suggest to follow as it’s too short for a TT plan and too high intensity for a mountain fondo plan? Something left of field like a crit plan?
Most of the plans are for longer races, how about building your own schedule with the building blocks? Multiple MAP blocks with some AC/NM blocks (for starts and super steep bits)
And don’t forget to strip anything non-essential from your bike!
If you have the paid Strava subscription they do a pile of training programs exactly for this kinda thing…
Maybe take a look there to get a structure and then pick corresponding workouts from Wahoo…

Some great ideas. I like the idea of getting wahoo workouts to come into my head unit. Might have to tailor my own plan a bit though
