Certain days of the week are simply blocked because of work/life scheduling but the training plan doesn’t have an option to block those. I would also like to have the ability for the plan to automatically reschedule training sessions if for some reason a day is lost.
Other training software has evolved to be able to do this dynamically and be able to schedule around your availability.

Yep. It’s been requested many many times in the three years I’ve been on Systm. There are some workarounds but it’s still a PITA that it’s not as straightforward as it should be.
Hopefully we’ll get it soon.
In the mean time, my approach was to simply delete the current training plan and create the same one, but starting X days later (X being how many days I’ve missed) than before. This then basically pushes everything you’ve had planned for X days forward.
