Adjust training volume of an existing plan

Good morning all…

When I originally set my training volume for my current plan I under estimated how much free time I had. I figure out a way to free some of it up so I would like to adjust my current plan to fill the gaps. Is there a way to do that?

Thanks
John

Yep. You can add ad hoc workouts from the library on those days or you can delete your existing plan and implement a higher volume one. You won’t lose anything you’ve already done.

  1. Note the end date of your plan.
  2. Delete it.
  3. Add a new plan, same on all particulars except for the volume (higher) and using the same end date.

While you might need to move things around in the first couple days if the workouts don’t make sense (eg too many rest days or high volume days in a row where the plans meet), that should do it.

Hehe. I saw you replying and tried to beat you to it :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::joy::rofl:

Do more typing HIIT sessions. Your fingers will cramp, your hands will scream for relief!
