Advice needed athlete settings after long period of injury

Cycling:
I’ve been out of practice for 1.5 year due to injury.
Luckily I’m able to pick cycling up again and started a 12 week plan. Cycling > general fitness > Fitness Kickstarter.
2nd training was the Half Monty (ramp test).

This only updated the FTP, MAP and cTHR values of my athlete profile. The values are obviously way lower than they used to be.

The NM and AC values are not updated, this reflecting my better values of 1.5 y ago, before my injury started.

How to proceed?
I’m expecting my trainings will be not matching my actual fitness, due to outdated NM and AC values.

Should I edit the NM and AC values and enter 0 as a new value for both? Or lower the values by a percentage. Or??

Thanks. Advice appreciated

I would just lower them by the same percantage your FTP has dropped. That probably won’t be too far out.

Actually, a visit to the Pain Parlour is highly recommended. You could do Half Monty with your estimated FTP/MAP numbers and then take your old numbers and reduce by the ratio of old/new to see if they feel right. Then do a four week block and revisit the ONE week Full Frontal plan. Under NO circumstances would I use or rely on any old numbers.

Thank you, JohnK and jmckenzieKOS for the advice!

I dropped the values with the same % for now.
After a couple of weeks I will do a Full Frontal Plan.
