I just completed “Thin Air” as per my plan today and as usual it will upload to my TrainingPeaks, Strava and email. However, there is no syncing to those platform today. Is there any problem with server? It is being marked as green in SUF Calendar though, which means it has completed uploaded to SUF server. I had emailed the minion and waiting for their reply.
Anyone else having the same issue?

Yes, same here. Marked completed and showing fine in Sufferfest app on my Macbook, but not syncing through to Strava as yet.

I got a reply from Minion: We’re aware of the issue and working on a fix - everything should be resolved shortly, but if it hasn’t shared in a few hours, please let me know.

I’m so sorry! We are experiencing an issue with our sharing of workout files and we are working on fixing the issue! We should hopefully have this resolved soon, but please send us an email directly at theminions@thesufferfest.com if your activity doesn’t automatically upload in the next 24 hours. Thanks so much for your patience everyone!

Is there any way to get the FIT file from local path so that I can upload them manually?

Seemed like able to upload now… I solved mine too…

Here are some things to try:
- Go to the Strava website and verify that the activity didn’t actually upload. Sometimes we get an error message even though the share was successful (go figure).
- Open The Sufferfest app, find the activity in your Passport, and try sharing it again.
- Go to “Settings” in The Sufferfest app, disable sharing with Strava and then re-enable it by entering your credentials. Try sharing the activity again.
- If the error was with Garmin Connect™, note that Garmin limits activity sharing to 5 activities per day. If you’ve exceeded 5 activities in a 24 hour period, wait until tomorrow and try again.
